The restaurant had to allow for a dining experience that was not just authentic, but also personal with Violet’s life.

CULTURAL AUTHENTICITY AND PERSONAL INTIMACY DELIVERED THROUGH VALUES AND BELIEFS.
Just like how Violet believes in no short-cuts when cooking, we used authentic tiles from demolished Peranakan houses in Penang over replicas.
These values guided us in creating a space that pays cultural homage through Violet herself.
The brand colour, Emerald Green, reflects Violet’s Chinese name (Jade).
