Food is a delicate art form, like poetry, filled with emotion and imagination. It takes a lot to obtain a Michelin star, and even more to maintain them. We wanted to celebrate this journey — the symphony of hard work, chaos, fatigue, precision, practise, perfection and artistry.

Drawing inspiration from poetry — “When the world wearies, and society ceases to satisfy, there is always the garden.” - Minnie Aumonie — we wanted to recreate a magical garden experience that was still modern yet luxurious enough to represent the extraordinary level of cuisine served. Here, the kitchen is the heart of the magic, a cocoon where great ideas and flavours are hatched.

As one steps through the space, one embarks on a journey. Seasons are subtly represented by the transition of palettes, and certain aspects of the restaurant are deliberately hidden, while others teasingly revealed, adding depth and ambiguity to the journey.
